Version 1.1 · Effective August 2026
TripioGo does not track your location, show ads, or sell your data. What you enter is used to plan your trips, and nothing else. You can delete everything from Settings at any time.
TripioGo is an AI travel decision assistant developed by VKV Innovations. The app helps you discover places worth visiting, judge whether they suit you, save the ones you like, and turn them into a day-by-day plan.

Your email address and password, securely managed by Firebase Authentication. Your password is stored only as a hash and is never visible to us.
Your display name and, if you choose one, a profile photo. The photo is resized on your device before upload, and only the resized copy is stored.
Your travel style, how you get around, food preferences, who you travel with and your pace — from the setup quiz. These decide how long your days run, how far apart stops may sit, and how a recommendation is written for you.
Destination, dates, number of travellers, budget level, interests, pace, and an optional rating afterwards.
Kept as a snapshot so your saved list opens instantly without fetching each place from Google again.
Days, stops, times, travel legs, and which stops you marked visited or skipped — so your plan survives closing the app and becomes yours to edit.
Stored so asking about the same place twice does not cost a second AI request.
Numbers only, no content. They enforce the fair-use limits that keep the paid services behind the app affordable.
Device model, operating system version and the technical error, collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs. Collected only in the released app, never in development builds.
Which screens you open and which actions you take — a place saved, a trip created, an itinerary generated, a verdict requested — recorded through Firebase Analytics so we can see which parts of the app are worth keeping.
